Facilitator

My intention is not to fix or transform anyone, but to create conditions where people can meet themselves with curiosity. When practice becomes a conversation rather than a prescription, something honest has room to emerge.

My facilitation is rooted in lived practice. I guide only what I understand through direct experience. Contemplative inquiry has long been part of my life, and my relationship to asana and meditation has been shaped by study in Raja Yoga, alongside Himalayan meditation lineages, Dharma, and classical non-dual philosophy. I work intuitively, allowing each collective to guide the shape of the experience. Practice unfolds through breath, sensation, and awareness, sometimes fluid and expansive, sometimes quiet and demanding.

Stillness and silence are central to my study, and they guide my teaching. Swami Veda Bharati wrote in Silence, “Silence begins in infinity. There is no silence in finite phenomena… When words are used between two people they reinforce duality. When duality ceases, silence begins.” In that silence, we encounter truth, our essential nature, and sense the presence of connection to the collective whole.
